It's not your usual type of gym. They specialize in HIIT workouts. So it's organized sections of short interval training/ sets. You move in groups from one section to the next. They have boards that have the exercises listed incase you forget. You can always look at the other members of your group or ask the trainer for direction. All the trainers are great but I have my favs... Kevin and Mikey are the best!!
I've seen this gym for many years around my block, and today I decided to check it out. It looks clean doesn't smell, nice view of the river. Dock station for fancy yachts. I met a cool guy name Sebastian and will be joining. The gym has what I need space to work out. Period...
I dropped into the gym while in Miami for a few days and it was great! They had everything I needed and Sebastian was super friendly and helpful. Thanks again and I'll definitely drop back in there when I'm in Miami again
I was able to drop in to this gym last week. I can say that the coach Silvio was attentive to making sure my weightlifting movements were executed properly. Ferrino and all the members + coaches were very welcoming and encouraging. I would definitely recommend this gym for someone who wants to better themselves in their olympic lifting movements, they also offer other classes. I hope to be back very soon! I would like to thank Ferrino for the generous gesture he did! Obrigato!

Ferrino Sports Fitness Club is the best gym I have ever trained at. The facility, the equipment, and most importantly, the COACHES are world-class. I just moved to Miami this past summer and have made significant progress in a very short time thanks to the knowledge, guidance, and support from the Reis brothers and Ferrino himself. Oh yeah; the view of the river during training is one heck of a bonus!
I have been a manager and programmed For every aspect of fitness/gyms/health/weightloss/bodycomp/crossfit/olympic weightlifting/powerlifting/sports performance/etc...I came across Ferrino while visiting Miami and for the first time in 15 years of consulting and coaching I found THE MAN. the beauty of the location, view of the most expensive yahts and clear water from your cardio machine or squat rack. Smiles everywhere I went, the environment was like a family I was invited to be apart of instantly! The gym has everything you need!!! TURF, BARBELLS, EXCELLANT CARDIO AND CABLE TRAINING AREA, PLENTY FOR HEALTHY ACTIVE STRETCHING AND POST RELAX! It had an Olympian Weightlifter from Brasil working out with a gym memeber and giving free advice. THIS IS THE GYM OF MIAMI's future!!!

Great energy, clean and expect a challenging workout class every time! The class definitely pushes you to your limits without breaking you. Kate really makes sure you're doing everything correctly and is very knowledgeable.

This is by far the best private gym in the area. Great quality of equipment, great views, and great people; feels like home.

Ferrino Sports Fitness Club makes my family and I always feel at home. Not only is the view and breeze of the Miami river wonderful, but the staff is filled with positivity and encouragement topping off the whole experience. I always feel accomplished walking out of those doors and feel the improvement in my health, thanks to my amazing trainer!
