Grandpa's Garage Studio 7 suggests roll, walk, push up or pull-up over to this gym. Sign up, get on the waiting list or whatever you have to do to start this training. Honestly if you are lucky enouph to be near this gym, you are crazy if you don't take your whole family to enroll them now.
Way to go Chris heading into town this weekend. Hope to meet up and take photos for Google Maps
