I took the time to write this because I think its important for anyone out there that wants to try this diet that you can count on these guys. Its tough to lose weight, and I have started and felt off so many diets, but I found myself sticking to this program, because its cheap, easy to follow, and trust me even with my cheat days, I still lose weight lol I am sooooo happy with the way my body is changing!
Its such an inspiration to do the program with Ricky, he has done so well and I am starding to see everything he said will happen. I heard some not good things about Herbalife, but now I see that its just people talking about things they dont even know. I am doing amazing! I lost 13 lbs so far, and my clothes fit soooo much better now!
