This place is great! Today was my first time going on cryotherapy i was a little bit nervous, but stuff helped me and explained how everything works, such an relaxing environment. Great place to come and recover post workouts. Feeling so great and positive after this session, gonna be back for sure. Highly recommended!

Amazing place. I was in Miami for a weekend and I wanted to try cryo therapy because I heard a lot good things about it. Went there and Alex was great. So helpful and knowledgeable. I'll be back for sure.
