Two months ago, I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. Under the advice of my physician, I am determined to reverse this condition without the use of medication.
Stress is a significant part of all our lives and plays a definite role in the development of most illnesses. In addition to proper diet and exercise to reverse my pre-diabetes, I have decided to try Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to reduce stress. I can say it has had an extremely favorable effect on me. After class, I've actually measured my blood sugar and have noticed a decrease to normal levels along with a feeling of peace and well-being which lasts a long time. In addition to this, I am sleeping well at night.
I plan to continue accumulating benefits from this beautiful practice. The studio is nice, clean, and has a positive vibration. All teachers are kind and welcoming.
