This place is absolutely beautiful for a nice architectural rustic theme wedding. I was supposed to get married in June of this year, and the coordinating staff has been nothing but helpful with the postponement process due to COVID19 for next year. We are so thankful to have come across such a beautiful venue and caring people for our soon to be dream wedding!

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!
This hotel has very nice location. The Frank Loyd Wright inspired architecture is charming. Beautiful roof hotel pool with bar. The rooms are large and well stocked with soaps ect. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to be in downtown Coconut Grove.

High class decor in a great location. There is no free parking and valet parking is over $30 a day. Also I I was a little disappointed to find out that the hot tubs in the individual rooms have been closed down. Rooftop pool and bar were gorgeous and had plenty of space. Housekeeping team was awesome. They were very kind and respectful and generous. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

Great location and value. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here! I'm in the area frequently for work and always try to stay with the Mayfair. They saved me once in a housing emergency, and were able to accommodate a last-minute request for a client. Excellent service!

We attended a wedding. The hotel is beautiful. The architecture was gorgeous, with the high ceilings, some covered (which was good because it rained) and some open. The ceremony was in one of the covered courtyards. It did get quite hot out, which is to be expected in Florida. But the acoustics were wonderful and it was beautiful. The staff guided us to the indoor location for cocktail hour. It was roomy with enough wall seating for those who wanted to sit. They were pleasant as they brought the snacks (the first wedding we've been to with arepas). When time for the reception came, they dimmed the lights and kindly asked guests to transition to the ballroom. The ballroom was beautifully decorated, with two built in bars at either side. The food was wonderful. We both had the steak, which was perfectly pink in the middle, and tender enough to cut with the provided butter knife. This was also the first wedding we attended that guests asked for seconds on the cake... It was that good. Parking was easy, and the staff all were acomodating.

The secret rooftop patio bar and grill is open to non-guests and is a hidden gem! Food is reasonably priced and very good. You have to request a pool deck key from the front desk. Only one elevator gets you to the roof so choose carefully. View is decent and it's never crowded.

Stayed there a few days for my nieces wedding. Pluses, amazing open interior architecture and atrium, roof top pool with bar, lounge chairs,, and some (paid) cabanas. We attended a cocktail hour in one of the banquet rooms which was nice. Within walking distance of area shops and some restaurants.
However, rooms were dated and floors were dirty. Many (all? ) have a hot tub on a porch but sliders hard to open, and a one time $30 fee to use it! Snacks and drinks in room are available, but all are very expensive to eat.
Breakfast buffet was $18 for a basic selection of greek yogurt, bagels, fruits, etc. Seated breakfasts were good, but $18 and up. If you speak Spanish, you're fine, if not, good luck on asking why your room wasn't clean by 4 PM! Check you final bill for food charges! We were for candy bars we didn't eat, but ultimately got a credit.

Lots of character and charm, rooms are all nicely sized, clean and comfortable. Across the street from CoCo Walk and walking distance to many good restaurants in the area. Every room had a private balcony with a jacuzzi.
