This is the best place to work out in Miami. It all starts with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Highly recommended, not too crowded. I've been training Amner for about 2 years; lost 22 pounds and cut down 11% BF in about a year. Get to work!
Best gym I've ever been to. I honestly feel spoiled because it is never crowded and the equipment is top notch. It is very clean and then trainers are all experts and very friendly. The Spot is not a huge gym; it has a private feel, with all the equipment you need and more. Lastly, it is not overpriced and there are no pretentious or obnoxious people. Definitely a hidden gem for serious athletes or fitness enthusiasts.

The Workout spot is Awesome. They have greatphysical therapy for anyone that needs it and they have excellent equipment with great trainers that can offer personal training and other help. The workout spot is fantastic.
