Fitness Together is the best. The trainers are knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly personable. I return to FT every time I need a boost to my normal routine (or when I fall off the wagon). They get me back on track every time. You just can't beat the one to one sessions. I have worked with Garrick, Eli, and Andrea - all terrific trainers.

I have been working out with Fitness Together Miami and the trainers who work at the Coconut Grove location for well over a year now and have found the experience to be immensely rewarding. As background, the focus of my fitness activity is endurance racing - running and triathlon. I was preparing for an Ironman triathlon (140.6 miles) and I knew from everything I'd read that I would need a strong core and overall body strength to meet this challenge. The trouble is, with so much effort involved in putting in the needed swimming biking and running, on top of an already busy schedule as a commercial litigation attorney and father of two elementary school children, I really needed help, guidance and motivation to make that happen. This is where Fitness Together came in. After consulting with the owner, Gabe Lamas, I began working with the trainers, Andrea and Garrick on a custom program to help me build strength for my racing. I had meant to work with them for two months and then take off on my own, but I keep coming back, and they have been willing to work with me to make that possible. You will not regret giving Fitness Together a try. If you do, mention I sent you!
