This is what happens when a business does not care about its clients. As a 24 fit client for years I have been quite satisfied, I live in Colorado. But, today I went to this location in Miami and could not avoid taking pictures of what to me its very discouraging. For someone who is looking for motivation to stay fit and healthy, this was a terrible experience. The rust on the machines, the old sweat sticked to everything you touch and the bad smell, makes this place a very uncomfortable enviroment. If you find my review to aggresive or misleading, then I encourage you to come and compare to others. You'll find I'm not exaggerating at all. My pictures are proof of it. To the management I'd say, I really hoped you cared a bit more. And to the 24 fitness franchise, what the heck are you guys doing its you name the one we are judging in here.
Carie is a very wonderful person. Since the first time I met her we had a special connection. She understood exactly what I needed to get from the gym. She created the perfect atmosphere for me at the gym. She showed me how to use all the machines and trained me. While doing so she is always patient and keep me really motivated. Thank you Carie for all you have done for me.
I've been a member of 24 Hour fitness for approximately 8 months. During these last two months I decided to hire one of the personal trainers on staff. My trainer's name is Carie. What a blessing she has been. She is one of the best personal trainers I have had in years. Her attention to form and safety is excellent. She pushes you to do your best but always adjusts my workouts to accommodate limitations. I feel stronger and better than ever. Thank you Carie !
A little messy... had to clean a toilet due to an accident on the toilet seat.... but they have a ton of equipment and a large open area for workouts. They have a personal training area with crossfit rigs. Weights all over the place... literally... went on a scavanger hunt to find some dumbells... They should do a better job of enforcing the rukes on membere. anyway, In general good besides the messy things.
Helpful staff. Wonderful classes. Spacious. Lots of machines
Restrooms are dirty, kids club is always full. They only have one person to take care of the children, so you will spend 20 or 30 minutes more while some kids left the kids area. The manager is very rude with the members. Do not waste your money and time.

Cons:
- Bathrooms are disgusting
- pool walls are not clean or the floors
- weights are all over the place, never put in order
- Staff is rude
- They make things 50X more complicated then they have to be. Like canceling a membership has to be done with a manager or waiting forever with corporate on the phone.
- staff closes important areas for private classes during peak times
- OVER PRICED! Use the same amount and go to LA fitness , that way better.
- kids center is CRAZY expensive!! $6/hr, for your kids to do whatever they want in a playground. Imagine paying that everyday.
Pros:
- 24 hours ( although they turn off Sauna and steam room after 11pm.)
- overpriced shop inside

Nice location. Friendly staff and very clean.
Lot of LA fitness type behavior. No one re-racks their weights (including personal trainers that work here!), people sitting idle on machines without using them, employed personal trainers flirting and chatting it up with their clients.
Broken machines, and a severe shortage of 10 lb plates. The place is garbage. If it wasn't so convenient for me location wise I would not go here.

Ok well i have been lifting weights for 15 years...Not competitively but I'm sure i could give some people a run for their money. Well anyways I tried this Gym out because i moved to the area. And I have to say the pros are 1 there's plenty of machines...Weight and cardio machines alike lots to choose from. Now the.cleanliness is something else. The Mens bathroom was far from clean and two sinks were broken. First thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell, yes there a slight looker room smell in there. I've come twice now because um using my 3 day pass and I'm still debating if I should join. There is also a crossfit section which to me is a plus.. But the weights are scattered everywhere the bars and some machines are worn and rusty but if that doesn't bother you than you would like it here. Like L.A. fitness there is Pool, basketball court, spin classes and sauna. I'm going to weigh my options and check out La fitness which is 3 mins away..
.Hope this helps...

I pay money to be able to go to the gym and use the equipment 24hrs a day. I go during peak hours sometimes and the staff close off the entire squat/deadlift/stretch area to do their "private classes." Why they would close off a section of the gym is beyond me; especially during peak hours when equipment is limited. There was a trainer and ONE client there and I was told to leave because of "safety proposes.."
Waste of time and money.
Awful customer service.... Nothing for nothing... But when the staff won't allow a 5 year to use the restroom because of "liability", that is messed up! One word "Karma".
Giving false information, manager at all does not want to get back at you for when it comes to calling nor resolving an issue. No refunds at all which a month of gym went down the drain. Also wasting our time to get an answer to resolve an issue that it took days.
The place is NASTY people walk in the sauna and steam room with shoes straight from the street STAFF don't care. The bathroom are NASTY and Filthy. This place need real management. Sham
Corey was very helpful when I went to ask about joining the gym. I was expecting the usual sales pitch and bs from joining the gym but he was very straight to the point and gave me the information upfront. As far as the actual gym goes...it's open for 24 hours what more can I say? It's not perfect and I can see how during peak hours it can be annoying to work out here, but you got 24hrs plan accordingly and the experience is not that bad at all. I'm able to get my work out done in time with little waiting for equipment. One thing it does need is punching bags but who knows maybe soon they'll bring em in
Unfortunately the gym is just full of machines and no space to do exercises like yoga, stretching, etc.
And the machines are, like others have mentioned, always taken by people idling on their phones.
I do like their classes though.
Idiots. This place lacks the most basic customer service skills. Easily explains how its so poorly rated.
