Don't own up to their free guest pass, just used to get you in there and charge $40 for the week. Haha waste of time

Was looking for a gym and decided to check this place out. While I am not an expert on gyms, it seemed kind of dirty and dingy. The lighting was terrible, like a basement gym except it was not in a basement. The place was under construction as well, which did not add to the appeal of the place.

They had some nice renderings of what the interior will look like eventually, so maybe it might be an appealing gym one day. But that day is not today.

Gym is always too crowded and dirty. Try to cancel membership over phone and they tell me its cancelled, yet I'm still charged a month later and they tell me no records of phone call and that you cannot cancel over the phone. That would be fine if someone from the gym had not confirmed that it was cancelled with me over the phone.. now they are trying to charge me another month. Golds Gym sucked and Palm Beach Sports Club is even worse.

Our membership expiration date for my wife and I was 9/3/2018. I stopped at the desk on Friday 8/31 and also Monday 9/2 and asked to speak to a manager as I had some questions but wanted to renew both memberships. No manager around but both times I was told a manager would call me that day Still waiting for a call. My wife and I will be joining another local gym.

Worst excuse of a gym old run down cardio equipment... And way to many people for the size of the gym ... Joined planet fitness never been so happy....

I am currently looking for a gym to join...gave Golds Gym a shot. Called and asked if I can get that free pass for a dayto try it out. The individual I spoke to was pretty animate about not giving me a free pass, and said " I am just trying to help you out"...lol..is that how you help someone out. So he transferred the call to a young lady, who was also animate about paying for the one day, just because I did not currently possess a Florida ID as yet. Listen, I would not have cared so much if the people who I spoke to were a bit friendlier in their tone of voice...if I have to pay, so be it...I was not looking for anything out of the ordinary...just a try ...that's all. If it would have worked out, I likely would have given them my future business.. But they lost...will likely never return, even though they were the closest gym to my new home in Jupiter. Golds Gym...THUMBS DOWN

Very professional local gym. The staff has been extremely knowledgeable and approachable on every level from trainers to the director. Great place to get back in shape.

I was there on Monday to cancel my wife's membership and the girl at the front desk gave me the 3rd degree why I was canceling her membership. I told her that my wife can't use the gym anymore and that wasn't good enough for her and she asked me WHY again so I told her I already told her why and it's none of their business why I'm canceling and she told me I was rude. Next time I'll remember to bring my wife's medical records with me to cancel so I don't get the 3rd degree from the staff

I cancelled my membership back in November, the person who took care of it is no longer there instead he put my on membership freeze. January my credit card has been charged I get credit back. now in March I get charged. next step close the account and get my credit back.
Im sure im not the only one this happening too. How many times do I have to cancel my membership

Been a year round member for about 15 years. Gym is great. Needs better floor staff to help keep organized. Please fix the broken machines and bring them back. Finally got a new water fountain but not a drop of cold water to be found. Details matter and drink of cold water is not a big ask.

I have never felt more comfortable at a gym as I do at Gold's in Jupiter, The staff is extremely friendly. It offers great class's, it is clean, and has good cardio equipment. I am very pleased with my personal trainer, Cliff . he is extremely knowledgeable, I see great results, & I am starting to feel fantastic. If I have any concerns I have dealt with Eddie who has been extremely helpful. Overall I would recommend Gold's gym in Jupiter.

Gym is decent. In pretty desperate need of new equipment and an extensive cleaning. Dust, dirt and hair often tends to collect under machines without being cleaned. I feel sales staff is more concerned with signing up members rather than going over gym etiquette with the people they sign up. Trainers and front desk staff are all very courteous. Location keeps me coming back, it would just be nice to see some improvements.

My daughter was a member. She put her account on hold for 4 months. They charged me the next month so I called and was told they would refund my charge. That never happened and in fact they charged me again the following month. I called again and got a Manager by the name of Mark after leaving messages for 3 days and telling them I would hold till he answered. He then proceeded to tell me that it was in my best interest to keep the account but I explained that she was leaving for college only a few months after she was going to reinstate her account and that if they were going to continue to charge me it did not make sense to keep it open. He said "I'll close it then" and HUNG UP on me. I called back because I could not believe any manager would do that. He said he was trying to be efficient. ? More rude than efficient if you ask me. I then said Thank you for closing it but I still would like the last two months refunded since she had the account on hold and was told there would not be charges. He said " That's not going to happen" I asked for his supervisors name and he gave me the wrong person. I have lived in Jupiter for over 20 years and know MANY people in this town. I can't imagine how any manager would treat customers like this. I'm just in shock. BUYER BEWARE

This Gold's is inferior to the one on Donald Ross, but it is a comfortable second-place. It is never crowded here, so during the summers when the highschoolers would trash the Donald Ross Gold's, this was a sanctuary. The staff is a little underwhelming; not friendly, but not bad either. They just kind of go about their day. You can tell most of the equipment is older, possibly secondhand. But either way, come here for a great pump. Gold's will always be my go-to choice for a swoll center.
