This is a great studio with an awesome vibe. I love the yoga floors and the decor. Great instructor as well!. sydney's class was just what i needed! travelling for work all week and last minute decided i needed a break- mandarin location was 10 minutes from my hotel and both staff members were incredibly friendly and kind! i really enjoyed the intimate setting and it was actually very nice to have such a small class.... more
This was my first time doing yoga in several years and I found the Vinyasa flow class very challenging but also very doable. I had a great experience!. I'm still pretty new to Red Skies but I've had a great experience! Both in personal attention from instructors welcoming me like they've known me for years to the help on the mat and explanation of poses ! I will continue going and growing in the yoga practice here at Red Skies Yoga!... more
