Nice place and a very friendly staff very clean workout area. The crew was very help and very verse good job set performance. This is a must visit place and safe too.

they seem to have really knowledgeable trainers here. a nice change of pace outside of a standard gym.
to locate-turn off beach blvd when you see sun tires, drive past sun tires, then drive past a warehouse. you will see parking straight ahead, turn left for additional parking. the business entrance is located on the opposite side of the building from the additional parking lot area.
