I am officially done with this store. The staff has serious attitude problems. Management is even worse. Its as if the store is ran by high-school girls. I have bought several pairs of pants from this store. Mind you, I've never paid less than 90$ for a pair of them. So when they have issues, or don't hold up. I'm not happy about it. The employee's tell you to bring in the pants for repair/replacement, but when you do the managers treat you like trash. For example, I had an eGift card, when I went to pay for a pair of pants, the girl cashing me out tried the numbers once before saying to me "Your card was declined. Theres no money on it", with the nastiest tone. Once she tried the simple way of scanning it, she quietly said, "oh it with through". THEN, After I paid $88 for a pair of pants, with $126 on my gift card, she told me I owe 36$. When I asked "how does that math add up?" Again, with the same disgusting tone, she said "It just does". The store never has good colors, or pants. Ive had more help from Lululemon's live chat, than I ever have from this store. Avoid wasting your time at their store.
