This was our very first time and we felt like family from the moment we walked in the store. The associates were beyond excited to get my daughter started in a dressing room. They asked lots of questions to gather as much info about her as possible, made recommendations, helped her to decide which items looked best on her and we left with 4 beautiful pieces. We will be back!

It gets really crowded on weekends. Not a good time to shop. You can barely get any help. You already know their products are just very expensive. Some of the good quality stuff may be worth paying when there is a discount but in general it is just too expensive. Place was well organized but way too crowded to try on anything over the weekends.

My wife lives for this store the staff is friendly and they are always helpful when you are looking for a new product.

Not a pleasant shopping experience whatsoever. Rude staff who are not accommodating, and aren't concerned about making a sale apparently. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Helpful employees they ask you what type of exercise will you be doing in the pants, this style work hold up the best. You spend more upfront but the warranty is great.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I am highly impressed with this store and its staff. I am new to the whole concept of Lululemon, however the staff is beyond knowledgable as they genuinely care about helping you find the perfect fit for your workout. After trying on many styles and sizes, I am beyond happy with my purchase and will be returning very soon.

They NEVER EVER have my size and I go in every once in a while. It's so disappointing.

I went in to see if I could exchange for something else and the lady asks if she can hold my stuff I bought online as if I were to steal stuff and put stuff in there. ...rude

I am officially done with this store. The staff has serious attitude problems. Management is even worse. Its as if the store is ran by high-school girls. I have bought several pairs of pants from this store. Mind you, I've never paid less than 90$ for a pair of them. So when they have issues, or don't hold up. I'm not happy about it. The employee's tell you to bring in the pants for repair/replacement, but when you do the managers treat you like trash. For example, I had an eGift card, when I went to pay for a pair of pants, the girl cashing me out tried the numbers once before saying to me "Your card was declined. Theres no money on it", with the nastiest tone. Once she tried the simple way of scanning it, she quietly said, "oh it with through". THEN, After I paid $88 for a pair of pants, with $126 on my gift card, she told me I owe 36$. When I asked "how does that math add up?" Again, with the same disgusting tone, she said "It just does". The store never has good colors, or pants. Ive had more help from Lululemon's live chat, than I ever have from this store. Avoid wasting your time at their store.

I usually don't write reviews, but I had such a great experience in the short 15 minutes I was there. I came in to exchange yoga pants I stupidly bought online knowing nothing about how the pants fit there. Stacy helped me right off the bat. She was warm, welcoming and super knowledgeable about the products. She educated me quite a bit and kept me excited about getting my first pair of lulus. I tried some pants on based on her recommendations. Trina was also incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and help me find the right fit at the dressing room. I work in customer service and it goes a long way in my book. I am stoked about my purchase and I will absolutely be back!

staff is extremely rude... If you're not a 'yoga looking person' then don't expect to be noticed. fix your issues lulu, and lower your price while you are at it.
