Quick 30 minute work out that focuses on the core. Started 2 months ago and it is the strongest I've felt in a long while. Very good core workout. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I also love the fact that it is a rolling start time so within a few minutes you start your trainer lead workout, makes it easy for a busy schedule. Thanks Talf!

Great workout and every day is different. Every trainer is awesome but my personal favorites are Larry and Loriana (J-Lo). They have different financial plans if you're not looking for a long term membership. I do a month to month for now but my friend pays for it. Get yourself a friend like mine.

I love it. I do Body Combat M/W & Friday and Body Pump at the YMCA for many years. I did 9Rounds M-Friday for 4 weeks straight, M-F. I wanted my body to be deep into the new workout.
This week I am doing 9Rounds M/W/F the same days as my Combat (mixed Martial Arts and boxing) classes. I am 61, have a total Right Knee and Femur Rod in my right leg and a Left Hip replacement. I have to modify many moves. If I can Commit to this, AnyOne can!

This place is amazing all the trainers have been great, pushing me each time a bit more. I went for two months, and have been feeling amazing! I highly recommended, wish I could continue but I've learned a lot and will hope to be able to continue back home! thanks to all the trainers

I want to send my letter of commendation for your facility and trainers. I feel so lucky to have found your 9Round facility. The flexibility to show up at any time that is convenient for me and start my workout is the only thing that has ever worked for my busy, hectic life! I have been to a many, many gyms and various trainers before, but have never received the personalized and committed approach I get from Shay and your other trainers. Their shared passion for my success has kept me going. I want to thank you for having such an incredible team and I want to let you know how much I appreciate their guidance and inspiration to help me become a better me! I know I wouldn't have done it on my own. I value their knowledge, skills and talent. They have taken the time to teach me not only about exercise and nutrition, but the motivation to reach my fitness goals. They are amazing trainers and I look forward to our sessions. I appreciate that when I arrive, they are expecting me and are ready to take me up one more level. I have more work ahead, but I already feel amazing. I am looking forward to more progress each day. I have been working out here for about a week now and I love it. Larry is the best trainer here. He pushes me every time I work out with him. He makes me feel really comfortable. I love the atmosphere however, I enjoy working out here with Larry the most.

The staff is nice and motivating. They make sure you push yourself for 30 minutes. The workouts are good and tiresome!

I love 9Round! The workouts are amazing - great if you have a busy schedule and the Trainers are TOP notch!

I just had a c-section baby 3 months ago. (My first child) So, if I can do it...anyone can! I was super tired BUT an hour after the workout I felt very high energy. It's been over a year and a half since I've gotten that much exercise. I was a dancer for over 6 years before getting pregnant and the classes were an hour and a half long. This class is only 30 minutes long and I feel as if I'm getting the same work out as 2 hour dance class. Whoo! Oh, by the way, Marshe (Shay) was really fun to work out with. She made me feel really comfortable and I don't think I could have been more comfortable without her. Thanks Marshe!!!!!

Great concept and so much fun. I really enjoy going and it's a great way to end the day. The team there, Talf, Larry, Rico and the other trainers are great. They know when to push you and have a great time working out.

But, the best thing is the high quality work out. I've been going for 5 months, I'm in the best shape I've been in in years. You're crazy if you don't give this a try.

Great workout and great staff! Kickboxing workout for 30 minutes, I typically burn 600+ calories, my wife 400+ calories in the 30 minutes. It's clean and good for all levels.
