My second home love working out here! Offers a variety of work out equipment for all of your muscle groups. Love free pizza day and very friendly and laid back atmosphere also affordable.

Always open, front desk staff is polite, plenty of machines and floorspace to share. Only drawback is circuit machines often have malfunctions and are out temporarily out of commission. Would love to see them get to the repairs a little quicker, but other than that great place to work out for all ages.

A great, well rounded 60 min workout. Awesome coaches that create a welcoming yet challenging environment. I was skeptical prior to trying, now I would recommend to my closest friends and family.

Great location, hot showers, and they do an amazing job of being judgement free. $10 a month is a great deal, coffee in the morning, bagels and pizza once a month. Best deal on the planet. There is also lots of workout machines and stuff like that. One day I might even actually try them out.

Enjoy coming to planet fitness. Love that its 24 hours fitness. Busy times are 6-8pm. Very clean gym, and just right for our family. Love the fact you can go anytime and fit working out anytime into a busy working schedule.

All the paper towel machines and rolls were empty as the workers were hanging out talking then as I leave the only worker there was outside on his phone.......they also cut FOX news tvs off..... Never seen one that bad

Typically very polite staff but Tim has had "short conversations " before today it seemed to really bother there conversation when asking to tan and unfortunately I interrupted the doritos,powerade and YouTube time. Only when asking for a manager did they all of the sudden offer to do what I had politely asked 2x prior and then they said no one on duty was in charge. I hope that all Planet fitness locations doesn't t accept this "first job ever" attitude.

Great atmosphere, great equipment, awesome hydro message bed and message chairs..I go late nights so there's no one there..lol..I love it!

It's a decent gym. Economically priced. The trouble with low-cost gyms is a lot of times they're broken equipment that doesn't get fixed. So far I haven't seen any equipment break at this location so things are in good shape. And this is a big chain so hopefully they would have the money to fix things if they do break.

I use to like this gym until the true colors came out. First, when me and my fiancé signed up, we were told different things. I was on the $10 a mth with no commitment but after I told them I was battling cancer, they made me pay $20 to get out and said I didn't have the money for the month before which was complete BS. I am with community first and they send alerts and planet fitness was paid. I paid it because I just don't have the energy to fight . this was last year. Now it's my fiancé turn. he is my full time care giver. he signed up for the $21 promo and was told that as long as he fulfilled his commitment of a year that there would be no termination/cancellation fee. Today, he was told he had to pay $58 to get out. I feel like we were mislead and cheated by this company and I will do everything in my power to make sure no one else gets that way including my cancer friends. it's sad they took advantage of us. we couldn't even see a manager because they always claim the manager was not there. me and my fiancé aren't the only ones done like this. my best friend who lives in another state warned to not join them because she was charged a fee to get out and it was no commitment. we joined having hope planet fitness would not be what people told us they were. biggest regret was not listening to the warnings. I will never join planet fitness again. my best friend left planet for LA Fitness and I am going to get all my other friends to do the same because they do not deserve to be treated like we don't matter. I am going to fb and I am doing reviews there and everywhere else I can. if you not going to be honest to your guest, you shouldn't be in business. I am very disappointed and hurt that business folks mislead the very people who help them get paychecks....yes I said it. without guest, your business fails. you should never mislead, lie, and hurt people like that. you know your company policy and if you don't know then you have a manager that you can ask. please feel free to retrain your staff because I am hearing and seeing too many people trying to get out of planet fitness and being charged when they were told they were not going to be charge. please update your website. it's vague. include the $58 information so the customer can understand if the employee isn't explaining it correctly. either way, folks you can stay there or you can go. if you stay, make sure you check your accounts and also make sure that you speak only to management or better yet corporate oh I forgot even corporate let's you hear the voice recorder explain it and then ends the call. this is bad. improve for the sake of the company's future.

If you pride yourself in health, this is not the gym for you as you'll be offended by there wall art. The "judge free zone" kind of has an opposite effect if you are any sort of health junky. No deadlifting is an actual rule they have posted. Also a note for people who feel they will be judged at other gyms... you won't. There's nothing more awesome then someone working hard to get in better shape.

Nice clean gym. They'll speak to you, if you speak to them first in just our experience but other than that their nice and helpful. Nice quiet gym. They have a 30 minute work out section which I like and yoga stretching area. A good beginners gym. Judgement free zone. You don't have to worry about personal trainers bugging you. They have nice locker rooms with shower and dressing rooms. They have tv's massage chairs and tanning beds. Had no prob with 12 month contract deal black card (you can bring any friend with black card as long they have an id to sign in with you.) 24hr access . Once the contract has expired, so as long as your yearly and monthly fee is caught up and you let them know a week ahead of time of when it comes out of your bank account you can walk way at no charge.

I go here 6 days a week. Clean and well kept. Front desk people are quiet but helpful. Very busy 5-7

Showers were ICE cold, worked all day waiting for my gym time, worked out, got to shower....now pissed, got Mgr card for follow up, will let you know, staff friendly, clean, no wait on machines. Bathrooms not well stocked, but adequate. Also water fountain broken felt staff could of offered free water till plumber could fix. Either cheap or unprofessional? Who needs water when working out anyway? Really? Get it together Jacksonville

Good moderate priced gym. Decent equipment in good shape. Little to nothing in the way of free weights but tons of cardio equipment. I've never had to wait to get on a machine.
They did just raise membership prices. But we're grandfathered in. We'll see if that holds up.

Honestly, you're better off going to any other planet fitness. The shower water is freezing cold and has no pressure, after asking staff to look into it twice they still haven't. Ladies locker room doesn't even have blow dryers.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!! THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THE MILITARY. STAFF IS RUDE AND REFUSES TO HELP.
The gym itself is ok, but getting in touch with associate or management is a nightmare. I wanted to cancel my membership, but the only way to cancel is in person or certified mail. I'm in the Navy and unexpectedly had to go training on ship. I tried calling when I had the opportunity, but the management was no help. So when I finally returned, they wouldn't cancel my membership due to outstanding balance even though I hadn't used my membership. I'm still in work trying to resolve the issue. But I would not recommend this gym or company
***UPDATE****
Company still has not contacted me and still continues to bill me even though I've tried to cancel since October. I even went into my home club and the manager refused to help. Regional manager was supposed to resolve issue and hasn't, plus they have not contacted me.

Equipment- good selections and none were out of order. Area- clean and adequately supplied with wipe down supplies. Restroom- clean and adequately supplied with tissue and paper towels. Staff- friendly and professional. Surrounding area- not sketchy, felt safe.

The staff, especially Kali, is friendly and accommodating. Well kept and a fun place to get a workout. I recommend the club highly!!

Well run club with friendly front desk staff. They automatically give you two coins for the massage chairs, which is not true of some clubs, and are happy to give you more. Their massage chairs work well, which is also not true of some other clubs. The place is very clean and hasn't been very busy the few times I've been there, so there has never been a wait for a machine of any kind. It is a smaller club, so it doesn't have as many pieces of equipment as some other Planet Fitness location, but it has everything I need. This location has both stand up and lie down tanning beds and hydrobed and chair options for massage. Some smaller clubs I've visited do not have both options for tanning and massage, so that is a major plus. (I travel the country year round for work, so I've visited MANY Planet Fitness locations).

I loved this particular PF. They served coffee every morning too. They also had a few machines I had never seen at PF. The manager (Kailey) is the sweetest BOSS Ive ever met, and Lizz was pretty cool too. But Fayth stole my heart. Keep up the girl work, i mean good work.

They have top quality workout machines! Only down side is at free weight section have only up 75 pounds. This is not enough for regular guy :(

Update 10/3/17 - I'd give 2.5 stars down from 4 from my earlier review. Not sure why, but things have changed over the year. Men's locker room frequently dirty, bathroom stalls frequently a mess, showers lack hot water n pressure. Many times on hot days the A.C. doesn't seem to be working and it's very warm inside the gym. The cleaning bottles used to wipe down the machines after use seem to have more water than cleaner. Maybe they're trying to cut costs??
