We love coming to Planet Fitness together. Working out with your spouse is so much fun. And you have all the equipment we need. 4 - 5 times a week. Thanks for ll the fun.

It been totally remodeled, it's nice. I cancelled the fitness membership with my insurance company because the better deal is offered directly from Planet Fitness.

A wonderful clean place to work out. The equipment has been upgraded and you can enjoy the massage rooms after your workout.

Much more affordable than other gyms. Great if you just want equipment to work out with and dont care for classes. I personally like to work out alone, not in a group

Nice gym to workout at. Went around noon give or take and wasnt packed at all. Clean and friendly staff. When I'm in Jacksonville this is the spot I'll be working out at. Nice gym keep up the good work.

The best Planet Fitness I've been to in Jacksonville. This place has everything you could think of all under one roof. I love how clean it is and how well maintained all of the equipment seems to be. Definitely check it out if you're thinking of joining a great gym at an even better price.

Front desk people have attitudes. They are always on their phones and do not great you like the other locations. They don't even look up from their phones. A african American male that works the front desk wouldn't explain to me how a certain machine works. I was confused at how it works being that I usually go to a different location. They all just started laughing as I left the desk. Never going back here again. Thinking about cancelling my membership.

Helpful staff. Has a mix of free weights and nautilus style equipment. Good variety quantity of cardio equipment.

Good facility and clean only drawback that I see what Planet Fitness are the showers. It would be nice if they made the showers larger where you would have one sex in the shower and then a separate section in that same location to be able to change and put your clothes on. I don't know about other people but I just don't feel comfortable being nude in front of a bunch of other folks.

Hot Water in showers! I travel around, and very rare to find hot water in the PF showers. This location has the hottest water of any PF I've visited so far. Also clean, everything seemed in good repair. Staff very warm.

Well I decided to shed some weight recently and although an LA Fitness is closer to me, I decided on Planet Fitness since they're cheaper. So far so good. They have plenty of cardio machines and weightlifting machines. They have classes but haven't checked those out yet. Wish they had a punching bag to work on, but hey it's a small price to pay in my book. They're relatively cheap and a good facility, so would recommend.

Love this place. Never seem to have issues with getting on a particular machine. For the most part machines are clean. Never hurts to wipe one down if you're not sure. 30 minute workout is awesome. Would like to see more info posted about utilizing free-weights more effectively. Tons of dropped weights here that don't get lunked, but I'm okay with that :) Staff is extremely friendly and VERY courteous. They never hesitate to help if some i needed. Prices of beverages are good.

Clean facilities, friendly staff and nice equipment. So far I only come in the evenings so I know the night shift crew who are all awesome! Only complaint, which is no fault of the employees, are the people who don't wipe down equipment after they sweat all over it. At night it's rarely crowded which is nice, so you can get in, get in your zone, workout and go home.
I can't speak about free pizza night bc I get there too late to indulge lol but the complimentary tootsie rolls help make a long workout more tolerable.

I know it's cheap, but when you sign up, you pay a $10 fee, monthly fee of $10 and when you sign off before due date, they charge you for an additional month, because they are open all 24 hours and got no time to deal with your cancellation. Also, you have to talk to the corporate office, I mean email them cause they don't have a number, to get your refund. I mean they can take the payment, but just can't issue refunds. This is my experience there, where I paid thrice the advertised amount for one month. So yeah, its not 10$ a month.
