Huge and clean facility with all types of machines, free weights and olympic lifting stations. There's an indoor 100m running lane. There's group classes mixing lifting, circuit training, and boxing so you always leave with a sweat and a good workout.
One of the best no nonsense gyms in the area! A must see gym.
