This LA Fitness is a very good gym. They keep it clean and generally the machines are all working/operable. My biggest criticism are the hours. On weekends they don't open until 8am, which stinks for those of us wanting to get in an early a.m. workout to be able to enjoy the rest of the day. Lots of folks during the week in there between 5 and 8am.

This is by far the best gym in north east Florida
It is very well maintained and spotless clean
The staff are great very friendly and helpful
Also the gym goers are a better class of people than any gym I have been too every one actually reracks there weights when done it is a very diverse group from young to old and everyone is respectful of one and other

Horrible experience I am a employee past here my pay check wad late this pay check hasn't even shown up and no one has answers also there is a serious problem at the gym with staff ..I won't go into that just know it fits in the illegal substances

Tried joining at this location. On the first day was told that the computers were down, and that the sales rep will e-mail me the membership to join online. Didn't receive any e-mail, so went back the following day. Was told that the price of membership was misquoted, and its $150 more. This time the sales rep said that he'll e-mail me a free two week pass to get better acquainted with the club. Never received that e-mail either.

I was planning to join even at a higher cost, but after this type of customer service will go to another company for my business.

Called beforehand to find out if they did free trial. The associate said yes and that he could do a two week pass. Came into the gym, that associate went to get his manager. The manager flat out said "no". Definitely sticking with my Baileys membership now.

from the main entrance to the swimming pool directly , the staff and the members enter directly to the swimming pool,!! with their shoes !! this happened in saint Augustine 11250 branch. this door suppose to be closed and entering the pool from the pool main door so to keep the pool clean.
