Have to spend a month in Jacksonville. Stop by the box to get a WOD and the entire team welcome me with open arms. Great facility, equipment and more important great coaches willing to help you improve or start your finest journey. Keep up the great work team.

I dropped in from Daytona Beach while at a conference. I was welcomed by Joe and other members. Although I was only dropping in for the day, Joe treated and coached me as if I was a regular member. Joe is a great coach and motivator. I believe that he has a great eye for detail. He has a great understanding of the movements and is able to see the different phases of those movements. Having done CrossFit for just over a year, he helped me better understand transition through the snatch. If you are a local and looking for a CrossFit gym or just looking to drop in, I highly recommend CrossFit Total Control West!

In town for a couple days. Went in to Total Control West as a guest of a friend and was not disappointed in the least. Great facility, terrific community, and Joe was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend for beginners and experts alike!

Met some of the most incredible people here. I love this location because it is a very close group and new comers are welcomed with open arms and no mercy! It's great. If you are ever in the area and need a drop in location give Joe a call!!

CFTC West is hands down the best gym in Jacksonville. Joe and Pete (head coaches) are extremely knowledgable and foster a great environment in the gym. Bottom line CFTC West is a great gym with great workouts and people.

Awesome box, awesome group of people, and stellar coaching. I dropped into CrossFit Total Control West while on a short visit to Jax. I am fairly new to crossfit and still have quite a bit of work to do when it comes to mastering movements and fundamentals. Coach Joe asked me what my goals were and provided individual instruction which helped me to achieve those goals. This location is everything you look for in a solid box. I will certainly be back next time I am in town. Thanks again!

Great workouts, coaches, and community! This box is very welcoming and helped prepare me for collegiate softball. Ranging from the most elite athletes to newcomers such as myself, this box proves CrossFit really can be for everybody!

I've dropped into this box on two separate occasions while in town for work. All the coaches I have had the pleasure of meeting (Joe and Pete) are very knowledgeable and welcoming. The programming was great and everyone made me feel as if I was part of the family. I will definitely continue to drop in whenever I'm in Jacksonville.

I was here for a week on work and Joe totally hooked it up! A fantastic gym with a great atmosphere! A place that you can really get in and grind. Great people and great place! Highly recommend to anyone looking to sweat and improve!
