Terrible experience! I scheduled my daughter for a trial class. We arrived at the day & time designated for her. Doors were locked, front lights were off, but gym lights were on so I knocked. A man unlocked the door & let us in & walked away. Not one person or class was there. I asked about the classes & let him know that we were scheduled for a trial class today. He was very nonchalant about finding out our interest, who we spoke with & my daughter trying to start classes. He said we need to come back another day. I asked what time? He did not know. He stated that he didn't know why the lady scheduled me for that day & time and left it at that! This place really rubbed me the wrong way on a 1st impression. It's still customer service!!! I found it very rude & inconsiderate of somebody's time when you & your team do not know the schedule of class & don't voluntarily inform potential students. There was no communication among the staff that a new student was scheduled for a trial class & not a care in the world that somebody was interested in taking a class. No apology, no explanation, no suggestion for a better day or time. Just rudeness & very unprofessional!!!!
Best gym ever
They offer cheerleading for special needs children. I called in July for my 8yr old granddaughter. They told me the class would start about the same time as public school and they would email me info. In Sept. still no email. I called and they said no one else had signed up for the class. They said again that they would email me info. Here we are in Nov. and still no info. So my granddaughter has been very upset. She doesn't understand why she was told she could take cheerleading and now they won't let her. I feel if a company offers a class, they should provide the service to these children even if it means a one on one class or letting them join other children their age. The school didn't even let or offer for me to bring her to the school so they could meet her. I think they should stop offering a class that does not exist and only disappoints the special needs children they promise it to.
I hate it so much its terrible dont even try going there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is an all-star cheer gym -- not a gymnastics center. If you go looking for general gymnastics training, you will probably be disappointed. But if you're looking for all-star competitive cheer, cheer-tumbling, or competitive dance / hip hop, you won't find a better place. I have been going for over a year with my daughters, and have been very pleased with the culture (supportive, not diva -- and that includes the moms!) and caliber of athleticism. In competition, this is a consistently top-ranking gym. And as a side note, I find the atmosphere cleaner / more spectator friendly than some of the other gyms we've visited locally (no dirty gym smell here!).
