I really enjoy my personal training class,I explained to MASTER KC on my first session my goals and she has been helping me work towards them ever since.

If you are looking for an activity that will inspire self-confidence and respect in your child, this is the place to go. All 3 of my boys go here, and they all take away something unique to each of them every time they go. It's also great for the parents as well!
My ten year old son and I joined Karate America five weeks ago and are simply loving the effects that are bodies are experiencing. My son seems more confident in the way that he sees himself and so do I. I thank Master Hamilton for his invitation to visit the Mandarin location and my hat is off to Ms. Kim Colvin for motivating me and showing me how to eat better and how to develop a body that I have only been able to dream about. I was really surprised when my girls wanted to do karate and wanted to stay in it! Ms. Castillo is amazing with all the kids! Master Hamilton and Master KC are amazing and the kickboxing classes for the adults are fire! The entire staff is very encouraging to both adults and children and I wouldn't recommend any other place!
