Our grandson has been a student at Alpha Dogs Martial Arts for over a year and it has been a great experience. He has learned a number of martial arts skills and that has increased his self-confidence. At each class, Sensei Rob talks about great character-building life lessons with the students (like respect, honesty, etc.). This is a wonderful way for children to learn self-defense, self-discipline, and self-esteem!

Sensei Rob hosted a women's self defense seminar that taught me so much that I didn't know for lots of different dangerous situations. I brought a few of my friends, and we had so much fun. Rob is a fabulous teacher!

We had a Self Defense Workshop and Robert was great! I definitely recommend it to any women, the insights and moves you learn can help save a life.

My son takes lessons through an enrichment program at his school. This is his second year and we love it. Not only is he learning the art, but Sensei Rob also reinforces the values we are teaching at home. At the end of each class they talk about life lessons, like the polite way to have a conversation and having respect for yourself as well as others and what that means. Sensei Rob is always available for questions that I as a parent have and that was important to me. I highly recommend Alpha Dogs Martial Arts.
