My short experience with Chad started out good although he often contacted me with last minute changes in session times, and he does not keep accurate/organized records of business transactions and session plans. Other than that, things were going well overall for me and I was learning from him and seeing results. I initially paid for 8 sessions and at our 7th session, he asked for payment for our next block of sessions. I then paid for another 5 more sessions. I was going to be away in Atlanta the following week, so we were going to begin those 5 sessions upon my return. A few days later, I learned that my summer employment was cancelled, so I let Chad know in a message that I would need to take a hiatus after the 5 sessions just until I nail down summer employment, but that I would also continue working out on my own. I was going to ask him to set me up with a "game plan" and a regimen to follow until my return. Chad did not respond to my message. The week passes and the day before our 1st of the next 5 sessions, he contacts me to let me know that he is sick and cancelled our session. Two days later, he cancelled the next one, and again the next two. After that, I never heard from Chad again. I waited another week (since it was now Easter) and gave Chad the benefit of the doubt because I know the flu is nothing to mess with. I contacted him the week after Easter asking why I hadn't heard from him. He stated that "he forgot about me because I had quit" I never quit and had absolutely no idea what Chad was talking about. Why would I quit AFTER paying him?? I became very upset and offended by this, and I explained to him that I did not quit what so ever...I further stated that the last thing I heard from him was that he was sick, and that I felt it would be best if he return the money and I find another trainer. He then said that I was causing problems and was just trying to get money back for quitting. Again, I never, in any way shape or form, quit at all. For whatever reason, Chad decided to handle my message about a hiatus as "I quit" and wrote me off immediately. He has disappointed me greatly, and let me down. He's essentially stolen $182 from me. He is taking advantage of the situation and making it out to be something it wasn't so that he can use his "polices" to keep the money. The situation is very shady and unprofessional, and I am extremely disappointed.
