I love this place! The staff are super inviting and very patient and kind. The environment is easy-going and everyone is just super happy to be there:) AWESOME PLACE TO BE!
I stopped in the Shala while visiting Jacksonville to take Betsy's Wednesday all levels Vinyasa class. I found the studio very nice - calming, well equipped and inviting. The class was well balanced - including stretching and stability, breath and centering.It was well instructed and appropriately paced and sequenced. Betsy has a good grasp on fascia and it's importance which I liked. I would recommend the Shala and will return when I find myself in Jacksonville again.
This is my home. I am grateful to have found it. Very traditional - Ashtanga based - excellent teachers - peaceful space....................thank you Shri.
Wonderful studio, great teachers
I have been participating in the yoga community in town and at the beach for years and have always found the offerings at Bliss Yoga Shala to be authentic, professional and rooted in uplifting their students. As a small business owner, outreach and website contacts are difficult to manage, so I would encourage the unhappy reviewer to reconsider what it is they want- can they explore something new? Bliss is clearly part of the solution.
