All shapes, sizes, ages (14+), colors welcome...no judgement. A supportive place to get in the best shape of your life. Trainers who coach and encourage you to do your best. Modifications for those who have physical limitations. Best metabolic conditioning and for the best price!

Trinity Fitness Riverside is where you want to go if you are looking for great trainers, all the equipment you need, and a positive Christ centered atmosphere. No matter your fitness level they will make modifications for you so you perform at a safe but challenging level.

Best gym I've ever been to. Christ centered, improving body, mind, and soul. If you like being part of a team, seeking a better you, getting top-notch training, and getting fit then this is the place! The trainers are all volunteer and "membership" is by donation only. First 3 battles are no commitment. If you like it commit to whatever donation you can.
Supported by local organizations and churches. Focused on giving to others and sharing the love of Christ. They even have mission trips!
I hope they open one of these in all of the places I'll move in my military career!
