This is one of the best Crossfit Gyms I've been associated with! All, and I DO MEAN A-L-L of the trainers are very knowledgeable and great to work with.

Awesome CrossFit box that make you feel comfortable. The coaches and students both inspire your workout and motivate you. The location is great which is located off the highway between Jacksonville and Orange Park Florida. The coaches cater to every level of experience and new members do not be intimidated. The great coaches help you and watch you throughout your classes
I had always been intimidated by the idea of crossfit, so I was hesitant to try it out, but I am so glad I did! I stopped in during their grand opening in December and was immediately impressed. First off, the facility itself is HUGE and the equipment is top of the line. I had the opportunity to speak with the owners and coaches. Everyone was very welcoming and down to earth. They eased my worries and concerns of being a newbie/ novice to crossfit. So, I decided to give it a try.... I've been going faithfully for over a month now and I love it! The fundamentals class really helped to give me a better understanding and importance of proper form and technique. I may not be able to clean and jerk 220lbs anytime soon, but I definitely feel stronger than I did a month ago and that feels good! :)
Badass crossfit box! AWESOME atmosphere and coaches are extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend to any one at any level of fitness!
