Bathrooms not always clean. Wipes for equipmemt often out. Class schedules change not good place for evening classes. Teachers less personable than Williams YMCA. Equip short often & not always up to date. Went down hill a lot recently seems like compared to 2018.
Do not use the afterschool program. Or if you have no other choice do not rely on them fully. Because they will cancel afterschool care "because of weather" at the last minute making you leave work early in an attempt to pick your child up on time before school gets out. All for a little rain that is supposed to be in the area around MIDNIGHT.
Great family place to go and work out and have your kid have a good time also. The staff there has always been really nice.
As a veteran I agree with previous comments that some of the administration staff are not friendly, do not care about new customers. Yesterday I walked in to ask a few questions about joining, to ask about the youth programs for my Son, all my questions were answered with some attitude. As if I was asking too many questions and they had better things to do. I asked if someone could show me around and the administration lady walked me fast and was not friendly at all when I asked her a few questions. Again, as if I was being bothersome to her. I hope they can better their attitude at this location. Again I am talking mostly about the administration people, the lady sitting at the back area.
This is a belated review, my parents first took me here when I was 13 and it started playing soccer from then I just kept on going to the gym until I left when I was about 18 years old really good gym good equipment and friendly staff

Really friendly environment my kids love it here! The price tends to creep up on you each year though your not getting anthing more for the price increase!
Both the people and the staff (for the most part) are friendly. The place is clean and they have a lot of activities.

Very good place to work out, I go every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to play Basketball. They got a Adult pick up Basketball Game in those days at 9am to 12pm.. I recommend you this Gym 10+ Stars

Love this place! My family is a signed up and we go here thrice or more a week. It's a family oriented gym and for me is a lot better compared to others. I would recommend this to families and the older generation.
CHILD CARE
My son loves staying at the child care place where he gets to meet new friends on every visit. The people that takes care of the kids are amazing. They make sure all are taken cared of and very much entertained.
THE PLACE
It is very clean. The restrooms are well cleaned and maintained. The floor where you exercise, although not as big as others is pretty much complete. It's usually not packed on early morning of weekdays. There are ymca trainers who are there on the floor if you need help. They have 2 full basketball courts inside the main building and another that's separated.
THE STAFF
They are alwa smiling and greets you whenever you come visit. The program gym director (?) Not sure his title, the guy who runs the bball court basically was very nice and are easy to talk to. If you need anything, he will try his best to help.
I would recommend this place to anyone

Almost always greeted by a smile upon walking in the door. Pretty down to earth staff.
My kids beg me to come because they love the kids care and I love the classes and people!!! Fitness is NOW a huge part of our lives
Great gym with a great staff. My kids love the kid zone staff and the group exercise instructors are encouraging and welcoming. The classes are challenging and have modifications for every level. Every day my 2 year old asks to go play at the Y.
The only place to do a core bar class at in all of northeast florida. Good kid's sport programs.
