It's a great old fashioned gym with steel free weights, racquetball courts, basketball courts, cardio equipment, and customer service is always great.
The equipment is nice and the is excellent.
Don't go to open gym for basketball unless you're part of the circle. You'll pay to sit and watch

Cool place. No muscle heads here in the gym. However was a gunman at the basketball court. I still go here to make some gains though. Nice people working here. Pretty free reign of equipment use and no pump hogs guarding equipment.

This place is cool if you are looking for a variety of work equipment and it has a sauna if you really want to get your sweat on. The only thing I don't like is there is NO HOT WATER to wash your hand...really and a few other things that the ladies locker room needs to have

Super cheap gym with all you need and well maintained, great management.
Best gym around! I've used this gym non stop since we moved here 2 months ago and I couldn't ask for better. It's not a fancy place with all the bells and whistles but thats the best part. It's an old school military no BS kind of place. Between the basketball court, the gym and the cardiovascular equipment, it has everything you actually need.

Great place good to play basketball for kids and adults
Very cheap to access all equipment that the military used after base shut down. Not crowded and it's clean.
Who doesn't love a good gym right? $2 a day if you're not a member. Pretty affordable and very clean.
Only 2 dollars to get in daily. Tons of good equipment.

Been goin to that gym since the base closed, never had any problems, the best part is that its only $2 to enter the facility and do whatever you desires, no paper work, no hassle, the staff are very friendly and courteous and helpful. The facility maybe old but is very well cleaned, and the weight room have been renovated. The showers are good, and hot saunda is good also. Whoever is near or close to Cecil Field should workout there instead of going miles out to different gyms and its only $2! Check it out =)
