Great beach yoga class today! First time and we will definitely be back! Our instructor, Lisa, was great! She helped us modify our poses and was very inclusive of all, regardless of skill level. Thanks for a great yoga experience!

I absolutely love Mary. Her light flow meditation is one of the best things you can do for your self. she has this beautiful angelic voice that guides you into this beautiful relaxing meditation.

What an amazing start to the day! My wife and I had a very well instructed yoga class this morning. Nice space, kind people. We definitely recommend this place!
The only place I've ever felt comfortable doing yoga. Everyone is friendly, helpful and welcoming as well.
This studio have a most amazing location .Where you can enjoy your practice at the beach.The owners are friendly.You feel comfortable and be loved .Great instructors us well.
I was in Hollywood FL for 8 days vacation, I did their beach yoga and absolutely fell in love with all the instructors and the owners. To add to it my kids and I burnt to a crisp on the beach and our skin was breaking into hives, when Don saw us and said to try this "save your skin spray", well we came back and bought the spray because instantly you could feel the relief, our skin healed so well. The kids actually got to enjoy the ocean, and they both said "mom the yoga place are the best people we ever met, they really are our friends"... thank you for such a wonderful experience!
