As soon as you walk in you feel like family. Tina who usually is at the Juice Bar is so kind and makes the best natural juices. I love the fat burner juice. The gym is very clean and is extremely private and a great
Place to have a one on one private training session. Awesome atmosphere - I highly recommend it.

oh My! Jason is brilliant!!! Unfortunately I took a pay cut & couldn't afford a trainer anymore..much to my sadness...He was making me kickass strong...He is HIGHLY recommended!!!

Very rude staff witch are very judgmental. They are very negative and i had to get a refund at the end from my horrible experience. My wife had gone to the gym from its reviews as we came on holiday and wanted to loose some weight, but i will never again go to this gym and will never recommend it for anyone else who would go after having my wife's experience which left her emotionally depressed.

I have been working out here for years. The place is equipped with everything you could want, The trainers are knowledgeable and the fact it's one on one means you will do all the exercises correctly. The facility is clean and Never smells like a gym. There is also a vitamin shop and a smoothie bar. Perfect for after a workout. There are male and female personal trainers so you can pick who you like, they are all really good. My doctor recommended this training center when I had back pain. I have been pain free since working out regularly here. I highly recommend JR's VIP Training.

I have been training @ Jr's VIP for about 2 years. I am a 45 year old with health conditions and injuries that creates a need for a special program.
In the course of the last 2 years my function and strength has changed dramatically and i feel 20 years younger.
I believe the individualized programs and attention keep you focused and motivated. If you want help improving your health, JR's VIP will be monumental.
