Rosa and the other instructors are top notch. After a back and shoulder injury from a car accident, I was able to attend classes to further my healing. Now that I'm better, I will continue classes for the health benefits. They pay great attention to detail in their instruction and the experience is truly therapeutic! I highly recommend YogaRosa!

My experience in Yoga Rosa has been very good.
In four months of practice I have felt many body changes and I have also felt more relaxed, I sleep better.
The three teachers with whom I have had class are excellent professionals, Izabel, Brian and Rosa. They are considered and clear in their explanations, always pending that the poses are made properly, they are supportive with your process.
