As a student of Master Young Soo Do, I have had the pleasure of knowing this family for 15+ years. The founding principles taught me courage , motivation, discipline ...just to name a few. I have had the great honor of working with Master Kathy for the majority of my time at the school.
Master Kathy has played a huge roll in my life - I can not say enough with heartfelt appreciation for everything I have learned from this family.
Thank you so much for your influence and life lessons!

I am taking the yoga classes and very happy with a teacher Nicole! She makes us sweat but its not overwhelming. At the end of the class she puts a cold towel soaked in lavender ess.oil on my face and it feels like a bliss! My fav moment :) Highly recommend

I have called this organization 3-4 times in the last month to set up yoga classes that I paid for though a silent auction. However no one returns my call. I can't imagine what type of business would not even return a call.
