Would be great if they didn't charge me for my membership while they're closed in the middle of a pandemic. And the only way to cancel it is in person.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the staff is always attentive and helpful. Been going to this gym for a while now and no matter how many times I check/try out other gyms I find myself coming back to this one.

I'm harrested in every single day from Call Center department regarding a "debt " of $21 or so , where I'm going at the gym in Hollywood in every single morning and I'm able to work out and nobody at the front desk is telling me I have to pay something!! !! How is possible the call center operator to hangout the phone just because you're asking for some explanation regarding your auto payment!! Worst customer service ever!!

Looks dingy. Bright green and purple walls give you a headache. But since the new location opened, you cab workout here during prime time. Staff is friendly.

The gym is exactly what you need, but the location in Oakwood separates it from all the rest because of the convenient parking among other positive attributes. Easy and simple to get to from I-95 and we all love Broward County zoning which allows for this amazing plaza! #youfit #fitness #healthyliving #oakwood

They love kicking out loyal and regular customers for wearing jeans with no material that can get caught in or stuck on the machines. Funny how they dont mind the 90% of people in the gym wear joggers or tight pants. Its the same thing.

I find it strange that the female employees not only clean the men's locker room but they also fix the toilet issues. I find it hard to believe that men would do the same in the women's locker room without warning women that there is a man in the room. When I shower here I come out with at least a towel around me but there are men that come out fully nude. I would suggest that the HR department either install a sign stating that female employees are welcomed in the locker room and that we should not be fully nude out of the shower, or place a sign in front of the locker room that women are working.

The instructor's take over equipment when teaching and are rude if you try to rotate. Even in the red light/green light area. You are not supposed to stay on the same piece of equipment for more then a rotation ( much less take over three departments ). When I tried to jump in the instructor was rude and told me no like I was a child. Maybe I am wrong about the rules in that area? But, I dont think so. Also, the staff never tell patrons who sit in that area either. There is a whole gym of equipment; that area is used for a specific reason. That's like me doing abs on a bench press taking up the room for somebody that wants to use it for its purpose. I've told them multiple times and they never do anything about it.

This gym is 5 mins away from me but I drive all the way to Pembroke Pines it's too and always crowded. It's a waste of time going here I'm happy a new youfit is coming to Dania with childcare

Nice gym, decent equipment, staff mostly indefferent but with some very nice. This location is just almost always crowded due to its relatively small size. The rest is they suffer from the same problems as most gyms... I have hi hopes they will have a new bigger location soon in the same area.

Great service with machines. Good place to train. It has a variety of machines for all muscle groups and Cardio.

Sad to say. I just experienced the worst customer service. I don't want to play the race card but, this one is true. I ask for the manager's superior number, they don't give it to me. Literally ten minutes later, an angry caucasian guy asks for a number of someone above the manager, she gives it to him. What is that all about? Poor guy, he was so frustrated he started turning red............ Anyway
I ask the manager to stop additional charges to my credit card for my wife's personal trainer because she can no longer continue doing workouts for valid purposes. Yesterday they charged the card and she did not even go to a session with the personal trainer. So I didn't even argue that.
All I asked is that they stop future bi-weekly payments. It's not like it's next day. They said they couldn't because it's "policy". So that means, I will have two additional $80 charges I have to pay for.

I decided to give YouFit a try after moving to area and wanting to find a reasonable gym. I was hesitant reading the reviews, especially in regards to being crowded. I decided to walk-in and was pleasantly surprised to see a pretty decent gym with a variety of people and friendly staff. However, although the staff was friendly, thoroughness regarding Sign-Ups is the problem. A HUGE one since your bank account associated with it.
I just signed up only TWO days ago and this is what happened:
1) The cost quoted on website was not what I was charged. I states "no down-payment" and "no last month". I was charged both causing my card to be charged double.
2) I was not given any paperwork directly or thru email about my Registration or Gym Contract, although I was told I would receive it. (Is this standard?)
3) I signed up for Countdown to Change, charged $30, came to 8PM class....but NO class. Only a big sign saying class changed to 7PM. The sign INSIDE YouFit. Huh? Who professionally does that with no notification to people OUTSIDE of the gym coming to the class???
4) I was not given a shirt as indicated upon Sign-Up. I found out later we get shirts when I accidentally saw another lady upset about changed 8PM class.
4) I tried to ask for refund of adjusted cost and I'm told "Come tomorrow to speak to manager."
***People, I would have rated this gym better but for my first impression to be so unprofessional is really sad. I WILL DELETE THIS ONCE RESOLVED. UNTIL THEN, I'm contacting corporate repeatedly until this is resolved.

I know some are are smaller than others but I don't understand why having classes in the small ones during high traffic hours. I was asked politely to leave the class area when all the other machines were taken. As you can guess, my workout was cut short. Even though this location is closest to my home, I will never return. If you want to enjoy a good full body workout I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Terrible service. I wanted to buy their headphones, and they told me they were sold out when I saw they had like 5 or more on display. I asked if they could take out one for me, and even the manager at the shift denied me to take out the headphones from display. Horrible experience! I don't recommend to anyone, and they should learn more about customer service.

I love my gym! The trainers are so nice. The one give me a spot just when I asked. The people are not annoying either, it's not that pick up spot atmosphere that you got at LA fitness. All the machines are brand-new. Plenty of room can always find a bench. Nice stretching area.

I have been going here since it opened in 2012. it was small and intimate which I liked. Unfortunately over the years it has gotten more crowded. The staff is WONDERFUL especially in the mornings around 4-6!( which is when I go to avoid the rush) I am happy to see they added different cardio machines but can you pleaseeee add another 1 or 2 stairmaster that WORK! The 2 there are ALWAYS broken. :^(
I suggest that they may need to move to a larger space due to the amount of people deciding to change their lifestyle... also add a SAUNA! ;^)

My home gym is the Oakwood Plaza location but I've started going to Davie. My home gym is ALWAYS crowded. No matter what time I go it's crowded. The weight area is almost impossible to get to. I wish that they would expand the weight area a bit to the back corner and add some mirrors so that maybe it would give the girls a place to workout since he weight area is always dominated by men. I really don't recommend this gym. Sorry.

Facilities are clean and welcoming and many cardio machines are often available, even during busy times. Still, there are a few things to consider before signing up. The weight section is small and often crowded. When you sign up, they offer you a free personal training session/health assessment. The trainer was pushy and it is evident that he was only interested in me buying the training package. Despite this, it is a great value considering the $10/month price and I would recommend for anyone who are just interested in using the machines.
