I've never done Crossfit before and I decided to give it a shot at SRCF back in 2015. At that time, I was not able to do many things, but the coaches would give me modified exercises until I noticed how much I was progressing. At some point, I was able to do handstands, rope climbs, heavy lifting and I even made it to one single pull up :)... until I got pregnant. But even pregnant I still kept going to this box until I was 39th weeks. The coaches always guided me through and modified the workouts based on my pregnancy. Now, after 4 months break, I'm back with some baby weight. But I'm confident I will be back to where I started with the help of the Coaches. Great training environment also! Go check it out!
