I love Zen Yoga. I've always enjoyed physical exercise; Zen Yoga does a great job balancing exercise/practice for body and mind. Classes range from physically rigorous, to peaceful and relaxing. It's an inviting studio and the instructors are wonderful. It's great to be a part of; I highly recommend!

Yoga is a great way to get stronger, gain flexibility, and meditate all at the same time. All yoga instructors are not created equally. Ceci Pratt encompasses everything I have ever wanted in a yoga instructor. She focuses on good form but also makes sure everyone is capable of doing each pose, and if not gives you a great alternative. I highly recommend Zen Yoga if you want to do Yoga in the Gainesville area!

We are very lucky to have Zen at db! Ceci and her studio are a wonderful addition to our side of town. I always leave the studio feeling better than when I walked in...more awake, breathing better and slightly taller!

Most relaxed I have been in a while, very attentive and experienced teacher, I will be returning and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good studio!
