Original review: Excellent workout. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I have had a few instances over the past year where I have had to contact the office for issues with my account, and every single time I end up having to send about 5 emails and some voicemails to get a response. Sometimes after that, the issues are still not resolved. The worst communication I've ever encountered with a company like this. It's unbelievable.
Great workout though which is why I dealt with it for so long. The instructors are all awesome.
Pure Barre Gainesville is awesome! All of the instructors are very friendly and welcoming. They are also very helpful!
