NFA Northflo Crossfit was my first experience of crossfit, besides watching Reebok Crossfit Games. I was welcomed in and made to feel as I belonged. I was out of shape and looking for something to kick me in gear and this has done it. I started a little over 4 months ago and just competed in my first Crossfit competition! This has been life changing and I cannot imagine ever being as comfortable as I am with NFA Northflo. My son has also joined as a part of the sports specific athletes program and started crossfit as well. Devin, Brittany and Chad will get you in line to destroy your goals and have you setting new ones.
I joined NorthFlo about two weeks ago after a couple months off of working out. One WOD and I was hooked! Everyone there is super welcoming and makes you feel comfortable working out right away. Devin, Brittany, and the rest of their coaches are really knowledgeable and make sure you know every movement, focus on form, and help you adjust the workout to your fitness abilities. I would definitely recommend this box to anyone, beginners and seasoned athletes alike!
This box is amazing! The staff is awesome and the atmosphere is great! I look foward to EVERY workout! The coaches will push you to your limits! I can definitely say this is the best gym in Gainesville!
