A great to get fit and build endurance. The central Fort Lauderdale location is excellent!
First class isn't really free. I attended a free trial class with a friend who goes there daily. They asked for my credit card to keep on file "for future purchases" and insisted that the first class was free and I wouldn't be charged. I later saw that they charged my card anyway, and no one will return my calls or emails about it. I actually loved the class, but I def won't do business with them.
My experience is the staff is friendly and I get a great workout in one hour.
I wish I had more time on my to go here each day! I love this place! The instructors are highly energetic and the workouts are great.

I like that the workout pushes me to work harder with a lot of positive reinforcement. I also like that I don't have to come up with my own workout plan. Those two things keep me coming back.

Great workout ! Coaches are motivating and
they have high energy.
I can graduate the intensity of my workout according to my abilities. But any way I felt pushed harder and giving my best with the encouragement of the coaches.

Literally the absolute best workout money or time can buy. If you're looking to be fit and healthy, look no more. More dynamic than any personal trainer could provide, better results than any big-box gym, the best of the best. Couldnt imagine a workout regiment without OT.

The class setting is very motivating and the coaches are great.
I have never given a bad review so trust me this is not easy but it must be said for liability purposes. Of all the years I have been coming to Orange Theory and have been a strong advocate and believer in this workout, I had my first bad experience at this location with a coach name Josh who was very pushy, unprofessional and obnoxious and if he is allowed to continue with that behavior will get someone hurt. I promote this work out by telling others exactly what corporate promotes and what the commercial say which is basically you go at your own pace according to the three categories of workout and according to your personal situation including any injuries. However to have a trainer who is working against that philosophy by yelling in your face, trying to embarrass you in front of the rest of the class by making comments about how much weight you maybe lifting or how fast you are going is counterproductive and uncalled for. Not only is it uncalled for it places the company in a liable position and is going to get someone hurt. I have lost 25 lbs so far doing this workout at my own pace, monitoring my heart rate and by following the instructions of my doctor as it relates to modifying any of the exercises(weight amount), not by some coach yelling in my face when I am operating in the orange zone at the time he's yelling at me. I wasn't to pleased either with the initial response of the manager who excused his behavior as motivating. (Very wrong answer ). I will say that in all the years that I have been doing orange theory I have never had to complain on a coach or ever felt so uncomfortable that I had to walk out on a workout. Honestly I felt like I had been violated in someway by this coach. However, I have had great experiences otherwise and will continue to come based on those experiences and I truly believe in this workout. But I will make sure each and every time I come in the future thar this Coach Josh is not teaching the class or filling in for another coach. So my bad review has more to do with this coach at this location then the workout, other coaches, and the facility itself.
I hope management and the owner of this location take heed and not find themselves in a liable situation with this coach name Josh. I also felt that as a consumer and unlimited paying member at this location, like i was offered no real apology, understanding or sincere solution as to how this would be addressed and handled in the future. So I will monitor that as well and hope that I don't feel so uncomfortable that I have to change my membership to another location.
