After a year of crossfit, I've gained about 20 pounds of muscle while in my forties!!
When I first causally started crossfit in April/May 2016, I would come to this gym (box) on Sundays as a drop in for a great workout. September 2016, I started doing crossfit about four to five days a week in Weston and then Sundays here.
Since January 2017, I have been at CrossFit Fort Lauderdale 5-7 days a week and have learned so much.
The olympic lifting classes are coached by Pablo Roman and he is #1 in the country for his age and weight class. Plus, he's an amazing coach!
The crossfit classes are always a challenge and are programmed by a level 2 certified coach.
If you'd rather do less weights and more cardio, then the FitCademy classes are fantastic for both beginners and experts.

What makes this place above the rest of the boxes in Fort Lauderdale is the coaching that prevents injuries, a thorough sense of community, and it being open seven days a week.
