Very clean machines . Never full . Always friendly staff and no wait as much for machines as compared to bug gyms at certain times In the day and night

The LifeBox routine differs everyday. The coaches are great; always positive, motivating and highly knowledgeable. Since starting at LifeBox, I have seen major improvements in my technique and have been able to make my personal health fitness goals. I highly recommend this gym for everyone!!!

This is my second home. I've tried just about everything to reach my weight and fitness goals but the LifeBox regimen is truly the way to go. Never the same workout, family-feel atmosphere. Join us!!

I love LifeBox! Our coach is amazing and everyone in the class is super inspirational and motivational. I enjoy the classes and they help me stay motivated. I highly recommend LifeBox. It is your CrossFit Family!

I love Lifebox because it has awesome coaches, great hours, and diverse workouts. I especially appreciate that I get to learn how to do a variety of exercises properly from very motivating coaches. I have made more progress by doing workouts correctly than I ever did on my own. If you are interested in learning and making progress, I highly recommend LifeBox Miami!
