Great service clean gym but I have a question is youfit charging members during covid 19? And yes this location is spacious and great however again during time of crisis are the youfit websites updated with emergency hours?

Only 2 squat racks which makes it nearly impossible to squat when the gym is even a little busy. Same goes for flat bench press.
Half the space in the gym is taken up by cardio machines for some reason.
No deadlift platforms. Dumbells don't go very heavy. This gym chain had the resources to be good but whoever designed it clearly didn't have serious lifters in mind.

Ive been working out here for years, and the staff is super cool. I find myself staying after my workout just to be in the environment. I definitely recommend this Youfit for anybody whose looking to work out.

Veronika, the yoga instructor, is amazing. It's the main reason I come to this gym. Her classes are thoughtful and she goes through how to best do each position. You come out of it with a great physical workout and a clearer mind. They also provide mats and blocks for yoga. Their machines are usually pretty packed and some of them are down at times, but they are pretty good about getting them fixed. You just have to watch for the peak hours and avoid those so you get a chance at the treadmill :)

Good place to work out, I've been a member since they open, only issue is some of the machines like the treadmills are out of service, but overall love the place!

Always there is something with YouFit!!
Either the machines are broken, the bathrooms are awful or they're remodeling without any notification!! I came twice to this location this week and the showers were in a "remodeling" process both days, worst thing is that I asked before wasting my time when I went the 2nd time and the front desk lady told me that everything was ok now.... This is a waste of time for me.... Disappointing...

They has more people than they can actually have in the place. You have to make a line for the equipment, they need made an upgrade on the A/C. And that is just for the beginner, they don't explain the fine print of their contracts, wish I think is a scam since nobody on hearth reed the hole contract and even if you want to their avoid the waste of time that requires. After they made me paid $360 more than I was plain to spend, they charge me another extra month for " system errors ". C'mon. They only care about getting more people into the gym.

Nice gym at a cheap price. They have membership fees, cancellation fees, etc, that is not included in the monthly amount. So the $10 or $20 a month is a little misleading. But it is very crowded at times. Your best bet is to come in super early or super late if you want a certain machine to be available.

Everyone is always very nice but on Saturday July 7 2018 I had a bad experience. When I came in for my Zumba class T 9 am I was told by the young man at the front that all passes were given out. So I checked to see how many people were waiting. There was about 12 ladies waiting so I went back to the employee and asked for a Supervisor at that point he said oh you can go to the class without a ticket so I inquired on why he had not told me before. He got agitated and disrespectful and said lady just go to your class. This is totally unacceptable that is why I am complaining. He has zero customer service skills and really does not care. Maybe he was not trained properly. But I am a paying customer and really wanted to cancel my membership. I have been In Customer service for over 30 years and in management for 25. This young man needs to learn how to treat customers.

Best Youfit around my area, but it isn't the closest so I can't come here all the time. There is a dollar store here, so if you are in need of beverages for cheap, it is very convenient. I like that this location is very spacious. There is 2 of every machine. It gets busy sometimes, but all gyms do. I see people cleaning the machines, which I appreciate.

As far as facility inside, really good. Outside is really not very good at all. I parked in a well lit spot just 150 feet from the entrance, for just 40 minutes. New car with less than 1000 miles was broken through the rear passenger side glass and my wife's purse stolen. No security, no cameras but yet another crime commited. Just a couple weeks ago a stabbing occurred and made the local news. Still NO SECURITY.

Extremely disappointing! They only have 3 stationary bicycles with back support. I have complained & written several emails to the corporate office to no avail. Not even a courtesy return call. I have explained that they are NOT catering to the silver sneakers population (SENIORS) who now are being proactive in taking care of themselves, while they have an excessive amount of all other equipment machines. If you fall under this category I recommend LA FITNESS , which even has a pool onsight, or Planet Fitness. The corporate office has no regard for the people they are supposed to cater to. Senior citizens beware!

THE WORSE GYM YOU CAN GO TO EVER IN YOUR LIFE. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING. BUT LET ME BEGIN WITH THE MANAGER (DENIZ) SHE IS THE WORSE AT BEING PROFESSIONAL AND DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO EVEN PERFORM HER JOB TASKS, WHY I HAVE NO CLUE WHY THEY WOULD CHOSE HER AS A MANAGER. NEVER GO TO THIS GYM THE MACHINES ARE ALL DIRTY, I ONCE EVEN RECEIVED A HUGE INFECTION WHICH I HAD TO BE ON ANTIBIOTICS FOR A MONTH AND FOLLOW UP WITH DOCTORS. PLEASE AVOID YOUFIT IT IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND NON RESPECTFUL PLACE THERE IS.

Es mi lugar favorito. Es un gimnasio con actividades todos los dias. Sus equipos siempre están limpios y funcionando correctamente. Y el staff siempre muy atentos y amables. Es mi segunda casa.

son unos estafadores te venden algo que despues no es, te dicen precios que no son te dan apoiment con personas que no estan a la hora del apoiment , me estafaron ahi no le recomiendo a nadie que ni pase por el frente y tengo todo guardado que demuestra las mentiras, no le puedo dar ni 1/2 estrella, y hoy pidiendo disculpas pero sin mi dienero pues estafadores es lo que son

Today, i had the pleasure of joining Youfit. I retired recently and wanted to take some classes and use the gym to keep fit. I had the luck today to meet Ms. Adelina Salvador who not only showed me around the gym, but explained the the different types of programs available.
I was surprised how she took her time with me, because no other gym elsewhere had taken the time to explain my options! A shout out to Ms. Salvador and the staff at the front desk for their time. Thanks Youfit for not being just another run of the mill gym!!!!!

This company is a scam. I called them to cancel and they told me that i have to go in person to cancel. When i showed up they told me that i have to pay an extra $10 because i was late 10 days before the cancellation. They also told me that I have to pay another $10 cancelation fee. I was agree to pay with my credit card in file but they told me that i couldn't use that credit card that i have to pay in cash or with another credit card . They made me wait for the manager a long time. I spoke with the manager Adelina and she gave me attitude. She treated me like i was out of line. What a joke. BE AWARE! SCAM

For the most part a great gym. Clean tidy, there is only so much you can do when you have a ton of people dis-organizing everything. Staff is friendly, although today i dealt with a sales associate that did not speak english very well. Did not give me full details on the membership i was receiving, and charged a different price then the promotion i requested? I will be going back and asking to speak to a manager in hopes they can clearly explain. I like the gym and dont mind at all i wanted the lime card, maybe the sales rep was to busy to sit down and properly inform future business. I was told ide recieve an email receipt... Never did. Shady for someone collecting your personal information.

Super clean, has a good variety of equipment. No extras here though. No sauna, no child care, limited classes offered. They really push the personal training. They even squared off a section in the gym for only personal training sessions...not cool. I usually go in the early morning and there is no crowd, can't talk for other times.

I really enjoy this gym. It is a nice, big spacious gym where I do not feel claustrophobic. They have a large selection of machines to use (both cardio and weight machines) and there is usually not a lot of waiting for machines to be available (depending on the time you go). The staff is very nice. The bathrooms are always clean. There is always a surplus of parking spaces. The classes are great. Great gym overall.

This YouFit is great, it's big and spacious and the vibe is always positive. My trainer Riccardo makes my experience there that much better. He's professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. I am no "gym rat" by any means but he encourages me to want to go and work out. Thank you for pushing me to reach my goals!

I absolutely love this location. They have awesome personal trainers. Riccardo is my favorite one, he is always on top of everything and he will find the best work out for you. I definitely recommend him as your personal trainer.

I've been going to this gym for years and it's wonderful. Never had an issue, staff is amazing and it gets the job done. Hours are extremely convenient and I truly recommend this place.
