As a first time sufferer of chronic pain was so very lucky to have been referred to Muscular Rehabilitation Center by coworkers. I finally feel relief from neck/shoulder/arm pain that was disrupting my every day life!
Ilana is a master at her craft. She is precise , thorough during her evaluation and is spot on during treatment. She knows what she is doing unlike many therapists here in south Florida.
If you are looking for pain relieve , this is where you need to go. I felt better after my 1st treatment and even better after my 2nd.
I am a 48 year old woman who has had terrible posture most of my life. Ilana has made me a new person. I was standing straight after our first session. Of course, Rome wasn't built in a day and I continue to see Ilana and she is retraining my muscles to allow me stand stall comfortably. Not forced. I do not have enough words to describe how amazing Ilana is at her practice and giving me the skills to stay straight. Truly thankful and blessed to have found Ilana!!!!!
I work in the Cove and was suffering with chronic pain from an old injury in my shoulder for a month when I finally reached out to Ilana as I had heard wonderful things about her form of therapy. I literally was losing sleep because of the pain and emotionally exhausted. She took me in as an emergency as I reached out to her on a Saturday and was squeezed between patients to give me a little relief for the weekend. Just a 15 minute session gave me much needed relief. I returned for a full hour session for my scheduled appointment a few days later and I am already back to my old self again and able to turn in bed at night without crying out in pain. I don't know what she did but she is an absolute miracle worker in my eyes. I will definitely keep her on my speed dial and am so happy to finally be out of pain. Highly recommended!!!
I have seen Ilana off and on for the last 7 years. I had been involved in a bad car accident and had very little range of motion in my neck. I suffered for a month before I found Ilana. In only 3 sessions I gained full range of motion in my neck. She is passionate about helping people and truly has healing hands! Would highly recommend!

Ilana is a healer whose hands speak a language of true healing, while interpreting the pain and disharmony of her patients' bodies. She is beyond measure someone whose compassion for pain and suffering allows her to work through the individual issues to create a pathway to wellness. Due to cervical issues my headaches are 90% better and vertigo is much improved. Amazing!

Ilana does not just treat her patients she cares for them also and that is what you want when you are in pain. Ilana's hands are like magic, you come in to her office in pain and she is able to place her hands on you in just the right spots and in just the right way and manipulates the tissue and muscles until you are feeling much better.
