I'm from Colorado and I visited via Zoom class! It was fantastic! The coaching was fun (sometimes funny!), interactive, and motivating. I liked how the workout was displayed on the screen as an overlay. I got my HR up during class and I was a little sore the next day. I plan to return!
It's been 7 weeks and all I can say is "WOW". I was at the tail end of a big weight loss journey and I had stalled. I tried the 6-week challenge and I lost a net 14 lbs - 15 lbs of fat! I had been losing, prior to finding TFW, at the rate of about 1 lb/week. The exercise, the diet, the support and encouragement made ALL the difference in not only the number on the scale, but my confidence, my physical comfort, and my excitement about moving forward. Thank you to my awesome coaches: Austin, Nick, Rick, Lucas and Andrea. In the words of "The Monkees", I'm a believer !!!

Awesome gym with amazing people. They will make you feel like you have been coming for years and instantly a part of the Familia. If you don't know a move, they will assist you in learning the proper form. If you feel like your running out of energy, they will cheer you on and keep you going. If your looking for a gym that cares about your progress and actually knows your name, this is where you need to be.
Training for Warriors, what a joke, they take advantage of people, if you look they make a challenge that you can't make, They then lock you in a year contract to save $50 a month instead of $200+++ and supplements, I spoke to the mom who people love and she was nice until the word cancel, then I was treated like a 2nd class citizen, then she had her son call me who said, well I was going to give you your money back but now I'm not. Guys, this is a scam, they take advantage of people and push supplements that are just dangerous, they aren't doctors, they don't care about their customers safety at all! warning warning warning! 5 un-returned calls, small family, but big problems with communications, and when you have a problem with their supplements they push, they say that they can't do anything to call the company.
While I am not attending this gym for now due to an injury I sustained outside of the gym, I highly recommend them. Nick, Austin, George, and the rest of the staff are amazing. Follow their training and diet guidance and you will see results. Everyone there is friendly and you will enjoy going to the gym!
TFW 6 weeks challenge is amazing !!! It was a great experience and lost total of 6% body fat !! I highly recommend TFW to any one trying to reach their weight lost goals !! I feel so empowered and grateful thanks to TFW !!!
TFW is the best gym by far. It is small and you feel like a member of the family. You will have to put in the work to see the results you want. If you are looking to get fit and start at your level without any pressure, this is the perfect gym for you. I recommend it a thousand times over.

I took the 6 week challenge and losses 27lbs and 7% body fat. Great place to get in shape. Highly recommended that you visit if you are not happy with how you feel and look.

Training For Warriors in Coral Springs is absolutely the best place I can recommend to workout. If you want to increase strength, endurance and be your very best at any age. This is the place!!!!!!!
I lost 6% body fat in 6 weeks......if I can do it, u can! Major back injury and 3 shoulder surgeries. I am 51 and decided to go for it and I am glad I did. Loved the trainers. Very friendly and down to earth atmosphere. An experience I will never forget!

TFW is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone that needs that extra push to start getting back into shape! I love the way the classes are set up and you can go at your own pace! The 6 week challenge was like a jumpstart for me to finally get back into shape after taking a hiatus from the fit life for a little. I loved everything about the workouts and the people that work there! Rick, Megan, and Austin are all great trainers and really get personal with everyone! I really loved my first 6 weeks here and will continue to work hard to get even better results!!
TFW Coral Springs is one of the best family-owned business around. From the time you walk through the door you are a part of the family. Thanks to all the coaches for putting me on the right path to a healthier lifestyle. The coaches are always available to answer and help you with whatever you need . Just want to say thanks to my TFW family. I so so love love love this place best gym around.

This place is great. Family business with a family feel. Rick the trainer (owner) is inspiring, motivating, and pushes you to where you neeeed to be. Looking forward to the process and change they will bring.
A few years ago I was a member of this gym. I was one of the winners of a weight-loss competition where there was a prize of having a gourmet chef come to your house and cook for you. I never received this prize, when I asked why, I was told it was because I was a Child, clearly a pore attempt to shut me up. At no point was I ever told this before or during the weight-loss competition, where I lost a record amount of weight . As a result of this incident and my parents justified anger after I was featured in a local magazine talking about my accomplishment witch equated to free advertising that undoubtedly brought in lots of paying customers, yet I never received my prize, I was asked not to return to the gym after bringing up this fact.
This place is awesome! I just finished my 8 week challenge with great results! This is a family ran gym with experienced trainers that will guide your every step in your fitness journey including nutrition. You will not regret coming here, I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a gym in or near the Coral Springs area.
