I absolutely love Fit Crew! The trainers are incredible & I love how they constantly push you to be better. I get stronger with every single workout! 10/10 recommend!!

I thought I was in pretty good shape until I gave fit crew a try. This place will take your fitness and mental toughness to the next level. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who encourage you to push your limits but never pressure you to do anything you are not comfortable with. After a few visits I was hooked. I am very happy with my physical results and have decided to invest in personal training with Andre a few times a week. Check this place out if you are sick of the boring gym. The group classes are a great motivator to make you work harder and get a great sweat!

Fit Crew is fantastic. I have never worked out so hard in my life! The owners Andrew and Neils are always asking how I am and sincerely care about the integrity of the place. They keep it clean and the workouts target different muscle groups so you get sore in secret new places! Plus they are great at modifying the workouts depending on your needs.

I love Fit crew!!
I met Niels about 10 years ago.I had, had a lower back problem for years. I was close to having to quit my job as a preschool teacher.
He became my personal trainer. With his expertise he helped me strengthen my core and build my endurance!!
I have been better in these 10 years then ever before and I am still teaching preschool !
As a personal trainer he has tailored my workout to fit my needs.
Fit Crew gave me my life back .
