Great staff! The work out is fast paced and efficient, it gets to the point in in 30minutes. I highly recommend it
Very poor experience. I went Thursday morning. The guy was great. Set me up. Helped me the whole way through. Explained everything including how the first workout is free. Then he said $20 for the week after that. . The workout that day was great. No complaints at all. I go back Friday. The guy was great. I told him i had been the day before and had done the free workout. And how the guy the day before explained it was $20 for the week after. The guy was confused and tried to call someone. No answer. So he just says ok $20 is fine and i pay him thinking now i am good for the week. Not to be. I go back Saturday morning. The guy was nice. But had no clue what i was talking about when i explained to him that i had been the 2 previous days and paid the guy $20 dollars for the week.So on the phone he goes. The guy told him now i have to pay to join and that $20 was just for a class. That's not how it was explained to me. I sure hope this place gets their ducks in a row and gets everybody on rhe same page but i will never step foot in the place again and nor will i reccomend it. Which is a shame because the workout is great. But they are to wishy washy with the handling of ones money..
Love Dario at Boynton Beach 9Round. He is a great instructor and pushes me to my limit, which I love!
I have been going to 9Round for a long time and always had a great time and workout. But if you want someone who will push you to your limit definitely go to Jeremy. He will give you specific drills that will put you in the best shape of your life and he will also give you tips on how to better your fighting skills. Would definitely recommend to all friends and family.
Jose and Jesse work with everyone to make the workout experience fantastic. I am over 50 and my body is not as flexible as it once was. The instructors are great at modifying the workout so that I get the exercise I need and want without hurting myself. Keep up the good work Michele and Larry. Great location and great people.

I'm so incredibly sorry I joined this gym and got involved with this business. The gym itself is filthy - there are germs everywhere, I was always getting sick. The trainers are for the most part, "fly by night amateurs who take a short corporate class, but have no real idea of what they are doing;" for example, I got a back injury, was so sore and couldn't walk for a week after I expressed concern about dead lifts but the trainer on duty demanded i do the exercise regardless. And finally, "it's another gym with a sadistic, and impossible contract to cancel." I tried, and tried, and tried, via phone call, after phone call, after phone call, to get these people to stop tallying a new balance to my supposedly closed account every month. How frustrating.. found out today they went ahead and basically sold a near $600 debt to a collection agency. RUN FROM THESE IDIOTS. I WILL BE DISPUTING THIS CRAP TILL IT IS REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORTS. You have been warned. This is a dangerous and filthy gym, run by evil, uncaring, unkind, and menacing franchisees who should probably be brought up on fraud charges. How dare you charge bills to people who try to cancel their memberships and do not use the facility!!
