If you have read any of my reviews, then you know there are two things in life that I love: food and fitness. My fitness level has really fallen in the past few months. A friend of mine was trying to get me back into working out and she dragged me here to try out a class. I forced myself off the couch to join her for a class by Rod, himself.
Since then, I've already been to three classes and love it. It was exactly what I needed to get out of my rut. In such a short period, the classes have really motivated me to get back on track.
When I got there, I started talking to some of the ladies in the class. They told me how they've been working out with Rod for years. There were all different ages and body types too. The class seemed to accommodate to many different levels. The ladies who have been working out there for awhile are in a really good shape. It's inspiring.
He was even able to adjust some of the workouts for me since I have a back injury. Overall, I feel really good. I'm enjoying the classes and will definitely keep at it. Thanks for the motivation, Rod!
