Consistently have great classes here; professional and courteous instructors who are willing to assist/guide you without any pressure. Friendly front staff, and always accommodating. They should however bring back the BMI machine as a complimentary service to members, or remove the machine, not charge each time someone wants to weigh in....it upsets customers more than anything. Overall, still a 5 star experience at this OT location.

Best equipment, Variety with new workouts every day, No stress work at your own pace, Great coaches (motivated just the amount by coaches like Rob, Richard, Heidi and KT in particular), welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful reception, fair prices, and above all great results. OTF is always improving not only their workouts but also their equipment and aps. Impressive company, equally impressive results. Everything is well thought out.

Orange Theory East Boca has the best instructors, atmosphere and training. I have worked out with a personal trainer many times in the past and it by far is a better work out experience. I enjoy the fact that it changes daily and you get a complete workout.

My membership was cancelled early March. I have had to dispute charges ever since. Spoke with the Manager twice who promised he'd take care of it. Just checked my bank statement and found I was charged for the last two months which is a total of 4 months,
and still not settled. This is ridiculous. Beware!!!! They are incompetent!

This place is a JOKE!!!!! I have tried cancelling my membership for over TWO MONTHS! I moved and the locations in my new state don't work. I called and they said I could go to an orange theory near me and sign the cancellation form and they could send it to them. I did this back in MAY. A few weeks later they said they NEVER GOT IT when they tried charging my account. The manager of the OT called and spoke to the manager at your location and resent the form. I called to follow up and was told they received the form and the girl was going to have her manager process it. AGAIN I get an attempt to charge my account this month. I call asking why and THEY DON'T HAVE A CANCELLATION FORM. This is beyond HORRIBLE business practice and this location is a SCAM. The location I signed the cancellation form at has called them multiple times on my behalf to confirm it was received. Yet THEY WONT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. I have filed a report with my bank and will be contacting an attorney if they keep playing this game.
Funny enough I look on Google and this is a common practice for this location. Despicable to say the least. Don't waste your time here. Go to central Boca where they actually have morals. I will be sending a letter to corporate as well.

Personally visited the location to assist my young daughter canceling her contract because they give her excuses after excuses and won't let her out.
Most ridiculous excuses you can ever imagine. They run the place like GANGSTERS. Counter is trained to hustle anyone trying to cancel. They make you jump thru hoops after hoops LITERALLY and hustle you every step of the way.
Totally ROQUE!!
Members and/ or prospects BEWARE!!!!
Contacted state attorney to recommend investigation into deceptive business practices.
A complete HUSTLE!!!

Visiting from out-of-town. The facilities are nice and well laid out. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the instructors were okay.
