I'm a new member and I'm enjoying going. Nice equipment, nice people, no crowds. I like working the heavy bag after workouts. I'm getting stronger, fitter and more confident..I called the gym to cancel my membership today due to my pregnancy and they told me my membership is "automatically renewed for the next 6 months", which means that I am not allowed to cancel it until 6 months later.... more

It's always clean. It's not for body builders definitely a gym for the more average user. So it's not intimidating..Great price! Everything you could want..Amazing place! Everyone is friendly.... more
my wife and I has gone to multiple gyms, but so far this is great gym. as parents I would recommend parents to attend, the kids club is what makes it great for parents. the ladies that work there in the morning and afternoon do a great job with the kids.... more
