The studio needs better ventilation. It started to become hard to breathe like there wasn't enough oxygen circulating in the studio. I had to step out to the back and catch some air and then return to the class a few times to avoid passing out.... more

Real simple...sun and moon has the best teachers.. My spouse and I have attended many classes at Sun and Moon, and I have to say this yoga studio is by far the best I have found in Arlington.... more
