I am a regular client here. Sometimes I have a 60 minute massage. Today I had a 90 minute one as some travel had left me stiff and with strained muscles. The massage was unbelievably good and the the support and guidance was outstanding. They listen to my comments and concerns and address the massage to those areas. I limit myself to once a month but I'd love to be here once a week. If I could give Freed Body Works more than five stars I would.
I booked a 90 minute massage at Freed and wasn't disappointed. I had the best massage ever here, and I book massages regularly across the country. Sunny is a true healer. I could tell within the first few minutes that my experience was going to be amazing. I'll book again when in the Capitol Hill area.

I've had many wonderful massages from Liz. The products they use are exception and LIZ in particular is an EXCELLENT mindbody-health focused masseur.
They take the time to really listen to what you need. Always leave here feeling amazing. I have ongoing issues with bruxism and Frances works their magic and I'm good for a long while.

Freed has a very client-centered approach; they work with you to create a targeted plan for your session. This is the perfect place if you're looking to really work on some knots or relieve tension. I always feel empowered to tell them exactly what I need and want, and they are so, so good at creating the experience to match.

As a formerly practicing LMT I am EXTREMELY picky when receiving a massage. I go to Freed Bodyworks every two weeks and see Emily or Aviva. They are unique in their methods, are excellent at listening to what areas you want targeted, and are superb at palpating and locating bound tissue. I have been to spas and massage places all over DC - and this place is definitely the best.

The best place to get a massage that I have ever found. They know to fix the problem areas of you body, not just move their hands around without much purpose. I have used them multiple times and always had have a great experience.
Their work lasts for me. I had tried other places for relief for my neck, back, and shoulder problems and the best were only 25% as effect as Freed Bodyworks. And given my size, muscles, and age, I have always been impressed that Freed Bodyworks has found just the right techniques and pressure to fix what ailed me. They are seriously talented folks...
